She is a successful entrepreneur in her own right and has coached, mentored, trained and supported thousands of businesses owners to date. She has in depth knowledge of the food industry. Helen's philosophy is simple – she always encourages her clients to Find and Do something that they are passionate about and that they love. She encourages people to strive to be the best that they can be and achieve far greater success doing something that they love as opposed to working, doing something they hate,
